A full transformation at Falcon Street, delivered within 6-months, with one incredibly happy client.
This project was all about elevating both form and function — a complete upgrade across the front and rear facades, a brand new fully insulated roof allowing for increase of lift height delivered with a striking steel cladding system that sets the tone from the outset.
Inside, accessibility was a priority with the installation of a commercial lift, seamlessly integrated into the design. The top level underwent a high-end architectural upgrade, featuring detailed STO plastering throughout, including a standout curved wall that anchors the space.
Function meets refinement with acoustic panelling for sound control, flexible multi-purpose offices, and premium bathrooms with high-end tiling. Shared spaces have been thoughtfully designed for meetings, hosting clients, and events — all brought to life with rich colours, layered lighting, and bespoke features.
The result is a sophisticated, functional, and light-filled workplace that delivers on every level. The photos really speak for themselves!
