Bath Street, Parnell was delivered over a 9-month programme, involving a comprehensive renovation and extension with only the original front two rooms retained. The remainder of the home was rebuilt to create a cohesive, high-performing residence, balancing heritage character with modern construction.
A defining feature is the transition between the original villa form and new masonry elements, where traditional timber detailing is contrasted with refined brickwork to create depth and material warmth. High-end aluminium joinery with full double glazing enhances thermal performance and natural light throughout.
