Our team embarked on this project with a mission to meticulously recreate the beloved historical character of the Textile Centre. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring that the redesigned walls matched the existing brickwork flawlessly. The walls were meticulously detailed, replicating the texture, colour, and overall appearance of the original brickwork. In addition to honouring the building’s heritage, we focused on enhancing functionality. A key aspect of the project involved the installation of a new electrical cable tray system. This innovative addition not only improved the overall efficiency of the building but also created a sense of spaciousness within the common areas. By seamlessly integrating the new system, we were able to elevate the aesthetic appeal of the hallways and stairwells while maintaining their historical integrity.
